Purpose: To serve as an advisory body to the City Council on matters pertaining to the arts and cultural development in the City with priority focus on the Thousand Oaks Performing Arts Center's Fred Kavli Theatre and Scherr Forum Theatre.

Meetings: Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month in the Fred Kavli Theatre's Founders Room at the Civic Arts Plaza.
