Records Search Report: $65.00

Records Search Report and Inspection: $245.00

Follow-Up Inspection: $140.00

Record Search processing time is up to 10 working days from the time the request is received. Escrow officer will be notified when the report is ready.

Anyone may request a Records Search Report. However, owner's, listing agent or escrow officer's signature is required on application for Residential Resale Inspection.
