| | Budget/Financial InformationThe City develops a two year fiscal budget. The fiscal year begins July 1, and ends June 30.
The Finance Department is responsible for financial management, reporting and budgeting for the City. These reports include the Operating Budget, Capital Improvement Budget, Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and User Fees. You may download these reports or purchase them from the City Hall Finance Department.
The City of Thousand Oaks' FY 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 Proposed Capital Improvement Budget and Proposed User Fees will be presented to City Council on April 23, 2013.
